Can I just say I'm glad that guy's handmade sign is prominently featured in Bombcasts? Watching that video of him putting it together was fascinating, and I was worried GB wouldn't be able to hang it to the weight of the sign and the material of the walls.

Nice to hear this. As for the new MST3k I too was in some doubts & the first one is quite rough (along with some of the guest spots like Seinfeld showing up on one quick bit), after a few episodes I'm still not used to the voice on Tom though it's fairly good with fun moments in it. Now that Gypsy has more of a role in it & different voice, she has more comedy moments in the show. Definitely could have been better as anything can be when relaunching it, best thing is to start with the 2nd-3rd one then maybe later go into watching the 1st one to just see it once.

When I think of The Eagles, I always think of The Warriors. Thus, why I don't hate The Eagles the way Jeff does.

Holy shit, a Night Trap remaster?! I've always said that Night Trap becomes a good game simply by adding a second video feed, one to follow their dumb story and a second one to trap Oggs, or whatever they're called. Obviously a CD-Rom could only show one piece of video at a time, but now I really hope they changed the gameplay up, because really the worst part of Night Trap is that it punished you for watching it's own content.

Also, where's my Slam City with Scottie Pippen remaster? Complete with a downloadable theme song rapped by Scottie Pippen himself! Forget Night Trap, THAT is a bad Digital Pictures game.

I watched that bit a few times. Things like that make me more than happy to be a subscriber.

I felt this way about Uncharted 4, after playing through all three of them back to back I was pretty done with hanging on ledges and shooting my way through waves of enemies, dying a bunch because of bullshit just to get to the good story bits.

I would have been satisfied if U4 was just a adventure/puzzle game with a fantastic story.

Rare earths aren't actually rare. There's plenty in California. Americans just don't mine them largely because of pollution reasons. The Chinese don't care.

I actually think there's an interesting CoD they could do from the German perspective, but I doubt that any video game publisher could do it with the delicateness the subject requires. Instead we'd probably get 'Weed Emblems meets Train'. The celebrity laser idea sounded pretty good though. If games as service / Free to play actually made sense, I could imagine a few subscription models that could make that work.

I haven't bought a call of Duty since MW3 but I am soo in for WW2. Still playing battlefield 1 every week. I guess I was just tired of laser accurate assault rifles and running all over walls. The tension of 2 guys using bolt action rifles is far more exciting to me than all this future shit.

Well I have bad news for you, Call of Duty has pretty much always been hitscan so your bolt action rifle will still be laser accurate I'm afraid.

Whoever was having the smoke alarm woes. You're probably using a photo-electric in the bathroom and the steam is sufficient to block the light. Switch to a ionisation alarm instead.

You should also have photo-electric in the kitchen not ionisation. Otherwise something as simple as making toast can set it off.

Funny to hear you guys talking about being in Vegas, I just got back from NAB and we stayed at the Linq. I agree about the people all dressed up looking for money. I saw a guy dressed like a polar bear with a little baby stewie on his chest. This was during the middle of the day, maybe he has AC in his polar bear outfit LOL

Love the fact you guys went to the Hoover Dam, and Grand Canyon. I would love to go back to do some sightseeing for a change.
